Colorado Income Tax Could Be Raised to Fund Public Schools [POLL]

Supporters have submitted more than 160K signatures for a ballot proposition that would ask voters to raise income taxes by nearly $1 billion dollars with the funds going to the public school systems. Will this help?

Colorado schools have suffered major cutbacks, and his money would help replenish spent money as well as help with statewide full-day kindergarten, expanded access to free preschool and other upgrades.
