Colorado Jamgrass: Leftover Salmon & the Infamous Stringdusters
Grand Junction's August concert calendar is jam-packed with great artists that sound even better when you are listening under the stars next to the Colorado River.
The summer of Jamgrass continues with Leftover Salmon and the Infamous Stringdusters up next at the Amp at Las Colonias. We've got all the show details right here, plus your chance to win a pair of tickets.
Leftover Salmon and the Infamous Stringdusters
If you don't know what Jamgrass music is, it's easy to love. If you like Bluegrass music, Jamgrass is just more of what we already love. Jamgrass borrows from improv and extended instrumental solos from jam band music, traditional bluegrass, and modern instruments.
- The Infamous Stringdusters took home the 2018 GRAMMY Award for the Best Bluegrass Album, Laws of Gravity. The band's debut, Fork In The Road, won 3 awards at the International Bluegrass Music Awards in 2007.
- Leftover Salmon is an established jam band with a longer history and a more eclectic sound, blending bluegrass, rock, country, and Cajun jams.
