Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is a Texas-born restaurant founded in Fort Worth in 2003. They are known for Baja-style fish tacos, Mexican favorites, chips and queso, and signature drinks. Years ago, I lived dangerously close (within walking distance) to a Fuzzy’s Tacos. I confess, I think I tried every margarita they have.

What are my favorite things about Fuzzy’s from previous experience? In no particular order: I love their all-day breakfast menu (burritos), they know how to prep your to-go order (it stays hot and doesn’t spill), and dining in means bottomless drinks (most non-alcoholic items). Will all these policies be a part of the new store in Grand Junction? I don’t know. I’m crossing my fingers for opening day. Stop by when they open. I know you’ll leave loving either the food or the bar, hopefully both.
