So based on CDC definitions, the website intoxistates.com has put together a map of excessive drinking by county. You can see the full map of the entire country here (including Colorado). Colorado's Driest Counties

Colorado's Costilla County might be the poorest in Colorado, but at least they don't have to worry about people calling them the drunkest. The county reports 14.63% of residents as 'excessive drinkers,' which is the lowest in the state of Colorado.

Shout-out to Delta, Colorado, for making the list of driest counties in the state. Delta County ended up as the 8th in the state with only 16.48% of residents landing in the category of excessive drinkers.
