Once again, a Colorado city finishes in the Top Ten.

Denver finishes at number eight on this year's Amazon.com list.

This particular list is the 'Most Well Read Cities in America.' Amazon.com puts this together by crunching some numbers. First, the city has to have a population of more than 500,000 people. Then they look at the number of books, newspapers, and magazines that are purchased in that city in the past year. The study includes both Kindle and print form of these materials.

One thing I did find odd, is that Denver, Las Vegas, San Diego and Albuquerque all ranked near the top when it came to adult coloring books!? I didn't know there was even such a thing as adult coloring books. Should I check into that?

Check this out. CNN.com has a story on these adult coloring books.
