Colorado Baby Gets Second Chance With Liver Transplant

A Colorado baby now has a second chance at life thanks to an organ donor.

Greyson Ingham was born August 23, 2018 with a rare infant liver disease called biliary atresia.

Without a life giving gift from a stranger Greyson never would have a chance at life. After being on the transplant list for roughly 3 weeks the family received two calls.

The first call fell through, a month later they got another call and this time it all worked out.

Brandi Thornton is the donor that saved Greyson's life, in fact this is her second time donating an organ which is a rare feet in itself. In Colorado less than 10 people are living double donors.
