CMU Maverick Basketball Weekend Preview

The Colorado Mesa University Maverick Basketball teams travel to Colorado Christian University today to take on the cougars. Both Maverick squads beat the cougars earlier this season at home.

The #4 ranked women are looking to stay undefeated and to keep their national rankings. The lady Mavs are on a hot streak. Katrina Selsor received RMAC Offensive Player of the Week last week for her play against Metro and Regis.

The men were able to split games last weekend falling to the #1 team in the country Metro State. It was a close game but the Mavericks couldn't capitalize on some easy lay ups and fell short. They were able to bounce back the next night against the Rangers to stay in the top 4 in the RMAC.
