CMU Brings Beer Tycoon to Campus
Colorado Mesa University has invited Pete Coors, vice chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company, to be their Keynote Speaker at the University's Entrepreneurship Day on Wednesday, April 3rd.
Each year, the university invites a guest to present the keynote address on E-Day. It seems only appropriate that an institution of higher education would invite someone from the beer industry. Of course, Coors beer has strong roots in Colorado, making it even more sensible to invite Pete Coors.
Other E-Day activities include several breakout sessions featuring notable local business leaders. Table reservations for this year’s E-Day luncheon cost $500, and include eight tickets for the Keynote luncheon, with two additional tickets reserved for students at your table.
A portion of the table sponsorship is a tax-deductible. Proceeds from Entrepreneurship Day benefit CMU Business Department scholarships.
