If you like chili this is the place to be on Saturday, October 29th at the Orchard Mesa Baptist Church from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. They will have an all you can eat chili supper for just five bucks, to benefit the Orchard Mesa Food Bank. The 4th Annual event promises a full belly for all that attend with a great variety of chili to choose from; mild, wild, meat lover, and even vegan chili. Last year the line of chili was 32 feet long! This year also includes a pie action at 6:30 p.m. Kids under 5 eat free.

They will also be holding a silent auction and a quilt raffle to help raise money. The church will also hold their annual craft fair on November 5th to help out the Orchard Mesa Food Bank located at the church.

The Orchard Mesa Food Bank is open on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; except the first Friday of the month. You can drop off donations for the food bank Monday through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. The food bank also accepts donations of household items that are donated to families in need. The Church is located at the corner of 28 1/2 Road and B 1/2 Road.
