Thursday, September 13 had hundreds of men, in varying outfits, standing in the street, preparing to run in high heels. Yes, the Men in Heels race had some fun teams and raised a lot of money for Hilltop's Latimer House.

As for your radio heroes we love doing things like this. Running in high heels, while not something we ascribe to, is always something we are willing to do to raise money for Hilltop's Latimer House and domestic violence services.

Our Townsquare Media team this year, Heels Angels, consisted of Jack, Waylon from KEKB, Zane Matthews from KOOL 107.9, Ray Michaels from 95 Rock and salesman extraordinaire Carl Hughes.

It is always a lot of fun at the Men in Heels race. The crowd gets into it, the announcers get into it and of course, the runners feed off all of that energy. And over $32,000 was raised.

Take a look at the pictures, smile and laugh at the memories and we will see you out there next year for the 2019 Men in Heels race.
