Charging Your Electronics at Businesses — Is It Stealing

Is charging your electronics at a business stealing power?

I have noticed more and more people charging their various electronics while they are patronizing businesses.

Folks at the mall charging their cell phones.

People at restaurants charging their lap-tops.

One guy at the coffee shop charging his remote control plane!

Now don't get me wrong I'm guilty of this as well, not the plane thing but I use and charge my laptop at area restaurants quite frequently!

What I want to know is how businesses feel about people doing this?

Do you think were stealing electricity?

What is the etiquette for charging electronics at businesses?
