CDOT Has Your Chance to Take a Ride in the Car of the Future [VIDEO]

The Colorado Department of Transportation, along with BMW, Arrow Electronics, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, are giving you a chance to test drive a car of the future.

Okay, so today, October 21, 2015, is the day Doc Brown and Marty are supposed to arrive in the future with the time-traveling Delorean. Don't confuse that bit of fiction with this piece of reality. The car of the future is here, and you can win a chance to take it on a test drive.

The contest is underway now, and will end on October 23, 2015. A few lucky winners get to take a spin around beautiful Colorado at an event coming up October 26 and 27.

To be one of the qualifiers to win, CDOT would ask you to answer the following question:

What's your vision for how technology could improve Colorado's highways and the safety of its drivers?

Should you win, it will be necessary for you to be in Broomfield, Colorado, on either October 26 or 27 to take your test drive.
