Your starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos just might be Colin Kaepernick.

According to ESPN's football guru Adam Schefter, the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 40ers have agreed to a trade. At least in principal. However, several things have to happen in order for that trade to go through.

The biggest hurdle is the money. The Broncos and Kaepernick would have to come to some sort of contractual agreement and reports are the two sides are not even close. Kaepernicks guaranteed $11.9 million kicked in earlier this week. That seems to be the biggest hurdle.

According to this article on sports.yahoo.com, Kaepernick has been spotted in Denver and even went to John Elway's house to meet. The Broncos need Kaepernick to take a massive pay cut, while the 49ers won't trade him unless the deal is more than acceptable.

If the Broncos can not secure Kaepernick, thoughts are Elway and the team are looking at Mark Sanchez.
