Major Mortgage Country Jam artist Brett Eldredge called into KEKB today to chat with our listeners, and get them all pumped for the "Four Hottest Days Of Summer." In the process, though, Brett was asked a question by a KEKB listener, and it brought about a very emotional response.

Brett Eldredge had his first chart success in 2010 with a tune he wrote called "Raymond." The tune debuted at #52 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Eldredge co-wrote the tune about his grandmother who was suffering from Alzheimer's.

KEKB listener Dakota Rae McKinnon asked Brett Eldredge the following question:

Did your grandmother ever hear the song [Raymond] and if so, what did she think or say?"

Brett's response:

Brett Eldredge will take the Jack Daniels Stage at Major Mortgage Country Jam on Sunday, June 22nd, at 6:30.
