May is National Blood Pressure Awareness Month and we're hoping to educate you to keep you healthy.

What is blood pressure? Medically speaking it is defined as the 'strength of your blood pushing against the sides of your blood vessels.' A normal blood pressure is between 120/80-140/90.

  • Chest pain
  • Heart attack
  • Heart failure
  • Stroke
  • Kidney Failure

Does that help? Didn't think so.

The great RN staff from Marillac Clinic will be in the KEKB studio to teach us what we need to know, warning signs, symptoms and things we can do make healthier choices.

Plus, we'll have staff members getting their blood pressures taking and a little friendly wagering. In fact, vote now for who you think will have the highest/lowest blood pressure.
