A bartender in Lithuania recently set a man's face on fire, so what did she do wrong? Apparently everything. Here's how you play with fire and alcohol.

I've been bartending in bars and restaurants from Florida to Los Angeles to Reno and Aspen and I've never set somebody on fire.

I've made my fair share of fire and flame drinks and blown fire plenty of times, and yet not one casualty.

So what's the trick? That's easy. Keep customers away from the flame. And technically the fire will only flame until the alcohol has burned off- which it usually does after a few seconds.
