I’m a kid from south St. Louis and when you are born there they hand you a Cards and Blues jersey and say welcome to the nation. I guess going to see those teams most of my life made me a true fan. When I was a kid my mom gave me a record player and my love of music began. As a kid I would sit in my room and play music for hours. My first real record was a Chuck Berry album, which I played about a million times. Then my uncle gave me my first Black Sabbath album and I was hooked. My first concert was in 1978 KISS was the show and after that I went to very concert I could get to. I would do yard work and odd jobs to make a few buck to buy the tickets, which where under $20 at the time so I went to a lot of shows. After high school I spent a little time playing bass in a band, we didn’t go anywhere but we did have a good time. That is when my aunt made me look at my life. I went to college and got into broadcasting and the rest is history as they say.
