You can drop off your ballots beginning October 15th through November 6th Monday through Friday at the following locations:

Clifton Motor Vehicle Office Peachtree Shopping Center 3225 I 70 Business Loop, Suite A-2 Clifton (map)
Fruita Motor Vehicle Office Fruita Civic Center 325 E. Aspen, Fruita (map)
And you can receive Ballot Services from October 22nd through November 6th Monday through Friday at the following service centers:
