It's been quite a December for Delaney Clements.

There hasn't been anyone that has touched and moved us in the Grand Junction area more than Delaney. Riley and I came across this article on ocregister.com about another dream coming true for her.

Although the weather may not have been perfect 'beach' temperatures, it didn't seem to matter to Delaney who has always wanted to visit the Pacific ocean again.

Along with her family and the help of some great people they made it a perfect beach Christmas for Delaney. That includes Santa himself greeting Delaney as she arrived at Laguna Beach.

Recently, another wish came true for her as music megastar Taylor Swift made a surprise visit to Delaney's house in Grand Junction.
