Not to be a jerk, but I honestly thought they were dead. They're not dead, just without equipment. The 1980's group "A Flock Of Seagulls" are making headlines once again. Not because of a new hit album or world tour, but because their equipment got stolen.

According to the band's front man Mike Score, the group's van was stolen outside of their Comfort Inn hotel (the hotel choice of most major Rock stars) and their costumes, guitars, drums, keyboards were stolen. According to Score, the total amount of stolen merchandise totals $70,000.00.

It is kind of hard to imaging $70,000.00 worth of bright pink wigs and Casio keyboards, isn't it? Take a look at the video below and see if you recognize the thief.

Keep in mind, the thief may now be wearing a pink and green spiked wig and and a dog collar.

If you have any information regarding the theft or the whereabouts of the stolen equipment, please get in touch with the band immediately. They need the stuff for their upcoming gig this Saturday at the Scone Palace.
