Chris Cagle was arrested for driving while intoxicated over the weekend and we've got his MUGSHOT!

Cagle was arrested Sunday morning after running a stop sign near Greenville, Texas.

Unfortunately when he was administered a sobriety test, he FAILED and was booked into jail then released a short time later on $3,000 bond.

And this isn't Chris's first alcohol-related incident either, remember back in 08' he and his then-girlfriend came home from a bar drunk and got into it when she hit him with an umbrella . . . and he smacked her with her purse!
