2013 College Bowl Season Underway
The college football bowl season is in full swing now, and, in my opinion, there’s more bowl games on the schedule than you can shake a stick at.
At the time of this writing, four games are already completed, and a fifth game has just kicked off.
In the Gildan New Mexico Bowl Saturday, Colorado State in thrilling fashion defeated Washington State 48 to 45, with the Rams scoring their last 10 points in the last 35 seconds of the game.
In other games Saturday, #25 USC defeated #20 Fresno State 45 to 20 in the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl, San Diego State beat Buffalo 49 to 24 in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, and LA Lafayette narrowly defeated Tulane 24 to 21 in R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl.
And then on Monday, East Carolina won their game against Ohio 37 to 20 in the Beef O’Brady’s St. Petersburg Bowl.
