Ever since I arrived here in Grand Junction I’ve been wanting to find a solid yoga class with an instructor that has great knowledge and passion for their class. I’ve been asking my co-workers for help, and unfortunately, I wasn’t having the best results.

Work can be stressful, driving back-and-forth from Grand Junction to Denver is stressful, life, in general, can be stressful.

Yoga is so good for my soul. I am one that loves the hot yoga, it makes my bones feel good. It clears my mind, and I feel so revived after I go. I have to research this.

So, one of my fellow workers and I decided to do our homework and find the best yoga establishment in Grand Junction.

Here’s what I’m looking at and what I’ve found so far:

  • Half Moon Yoga

Half Moon Yoga offers a variety of classes and uses infrared heat which is extremely unique. The studio is very clean and instructors make you feel like you are part of their community.

  • Yoga West Community

Yoga West Community offers a variety of classes. Instructors are knowledgeable in the health industry and have various backgrounds.

  • Barrelosophy

This is a combination of ballet, yoga, and pilates rolled up in one. Classes are sure to empower you with confidence.

  • Academy of Yoga

Academy of Yoga offers Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Style. Each month they provide special workshops to help improve one's yoga experience.
