World’s Friendliest Restaurant Coming to Colorado

The owner, Tim Harris, gives hugs to all of his customers. It is also not unusual for customers to hear him say "I love you." He wants to make sure everyone has a good day.

Denver residents can now receive these hugs and compliments because Tim's Place is moving to the 303. He has run his place in Albuquerque, New Mexico  since 2010.

Tim is the only known owner of a restaurant with down syndrome, but the hope is that will change and his story will give hope to others.

Closing his restaurant wasn't easy, but he did it for a good reason. Love. He is moving to Denver to be with his girlfriend. They hope to open Tim's Place sometime this fall.
