Where Can I Get A Great Fish Taco In The Grand Valley

I love fish tacos. When I lived in San Diego, it was a main staple of mine. It seemed I could not get enough of Rubio's fish tacos.

I loved the way they made their cream sauce and their hot sauces. They had the best sidebar to choose onions, peppers, pickled vegetables all to add to your dish.
I tried to replicate their recipe searching the internet for the secret to their white sauce and hot sauce. I almost had the white sauce down, sour cream, yogurt, a little mayo it was close.

I know there are awesome taco's to be eaten in Grand Junction but I would love to eat a fish taco.

I have yet to find any restaurant that makes a fish taco like Rubio's Restaurants. I did see however that there are a few Rubio's in Colorado but none that I know of in Grand Junction. Do you have any suggestions for where to find a great fish taco?
