What Has Been Your ‘Blunder of the Day’ Thusfar? [POLL]

I'm pleased to announce I started the day by forgetting to put the coffee pot back on the hotplate after starting a new pot of coffee. Can you imagine the unholy mess I discovered about ten minutes later? That has been my "Blunder of the Day." Have you had any blunders yet?

• Damage estimate: a coffee soaked floor, not to mention coffee running off the counter and down the walls.
• Material Losses: one pot of coffee, and about a hundred paper towels.
• Monetary loss: approximately .75 cents.

Well, I've admitted mine. How about you? Did you forget to set the alarm for this morning? Lock the keys in the car? Forget the alarm code when you arrived at work?
