Apparently the toy/performance helicopter boomeranged and sliced off the top of his head!

I know it sounds like something made up, but I promise it's NOT!

Roman Pirozek, age 19, was pronounced dead at the scene in New York, he was an EXPERIENCED model helicopter flyer with his own YouTube channel that featured videos of his flights!
