Trumps Announcement to ‘Change’ Presidential Election?

Did you hear about Donald Trump's self-described "very, very big" announcement about President Obama?!

According to his claims the announcement was possibly going to change the presidential election! But it turns out not to be so amazing after all...

Trump posted a video posted on YouTube Wednesday saying he'd donate $5 million bucks to a charity of Obama's choice if Obama will release his college and passport records and applications. Trump, is of course the leading advocate of the "birther conspiracy".

If you haven't heard about the controversy, let me explain: Birthers believe that Obama wasn't born in the U.S. and therefore has no legal right to even be our president.

Trump's announcement had the opposite effect he was looking for however, when it was quickly mocked. As a matter of fact the New York magazine said, "Our expectations . . . were clearly not low enough."

Of course Trump has endorsed Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney and an unnamed senior Obama campaign official said yesterday, "[Romney] has some responsibility for [Trumps] behavior."
