Looks like there will be a Trump visiting Grand Junction after all.

A couple of weeks back, this area was all set for a scheduled visit from presidential nominee Donald Trump. That trip was eventually cancelled. But now, the closest thing, in name at least, is headed our way.

Thursday September 22, Donald Trump Jr. will make an appearance in Grand Junction. He will not be campaigning for his father necessarily, he is scheduled to give a talk about wildlife conservation and management. There has been some speculation that Trump Jr. is interested in being the Secretary of the Interior. He has also helped his father with policies concerning these types of issues.

Trump, Jr. will be speaking at the Mahindra Arena located on the Mesa County Fairgrounds. It is set for a 6 p.m. start. This event is being brought to you by the political action committee Team America.
