Gas or charcoal? these may be fightin' words to some since the debate has been going on since the gas grill entered the grilling world in the 1950s.

Although a gas grill will initially cost more, it really depends on the amount of use your grill gets to determine what the best type is for you.

Also, taste is a point of argument. Some swear that charcoal tastes vastly superior to gas. However, charcoal takes much longer. That's my issue. I am torn. I like the convenience of a gas grill, come home, fire it up, cook and eat. But, there is something about the taste when cooking with charcoal.
