As we get closer to that great day, that day of turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce, the only thing you might be worrying about is bursting your pant seams. But Henny Penny has bigger things to worry over at Plymouth Colony. Don't miss this fun puppet show called "Thanksgiving with Henny Penny"

The Mesa County Central Library is hosting this free puppet show for kids and their families the week before Thanksgiving. The show will be conducted on multiple dates and times.

In the show, poor Henny Penny has taken over for Chicken Little and is sure the sky is falling. As she goes out to warn her friends at Plymouth Colony, she has not noticed that Foxy Loxy is on the hunt for her, as his Thanksgiving Dinner.

Performances are scheduled for the following dates and times:

  • 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 17
  • 2 p.m. Friday, November 18
  • 10 a.m. Saturday, November 19
  • 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 22
  • 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 23
