Thanksgiving Day Turkey Hotline Upgrades

Social media is for the birds. Sort of.

The turkey company Butterball, has announced that it is making some changes to it's annual Turkey Hotline.

First, it will retain it's standard toll-free talk line at 1-800 Butterball (288-3722). But, beginning this year you will be able to ask your questions and receive answers via text. This decision was based on the more than 100,000 questions that flood the talk line every year. A Butterball official stated that they are evolving based on customer needs.

If the line is busy, simply visit their website.

The new text line will be open starting on November 17 and running through November 24. In addition, Butterball also takes questions through Facebook and Twitter. Plus, check out their how-to videos on YouTube.
