The Western Slope Astronomy Club will have telescopes set up for the public on April 9.

Member of the Western Slope Astronomy club will be at the Saddlehorn Picnic Area on the Colorado National Monument. This is a great opportunity to look at the beautiful night sky through a telescope.

Ever since the movie A Walk to Remember, I have wanted to get the telescope view of the sky. I have seen pictures of these views, but it is a whole different story getting to see it with your own eyes.

For more information, you can call the club at 970-812-3661 or visit them online.
