Love it or hate it, Colorado's population is growing at a pretty rapid rate (and I'm guessing growth is not going to slow down anytime soon).

Are you sick of Colorado filling up with transplants from other states? One person is and he started a petition urging Governor Hickenlooper to "stop all of these transplants from invading our state."
