Evocatus Of Seattle, a real life suerhero who patrols the Rain City searching for car thieves, brawlers, and various other evil doers, witnessed a particular crime, and chose to fight it with kindness rather than fists.

According to Evocatus Of Seattle, "several months ago, I came across a homeless woman in Pioneer Square, that was treated very poorly by some local club patrons. It always haunted me, in how a young man felt it okay to tease another human being in need, and how I'd wished I could help more. At the moment, the seemingly necessary thing to do, was to reprimand the young man, and call him out in front of his friends. It still didn't solve the homeless woman's problems. She was still crushed."

Days later, while making his patrol, Evocatus encountered the woman again. According to our hero, "I told her it wasn't right what had happened to her, and that good people are out there, and we all have to look out for each other."

Evocatus Of Seattle then broke superhero protocol and gave the woman money. According to the masked crusader, "It was less about giving her money, but more of a gesture, that people, anyone, can care."

Evocatus then said to her, "Take care, and be safe," to which she replied, "I love you, too."
