You voted, and the results are in. I'm in the market for a new truck. You were asked to vote for the best place in Western Colorado from which to buy. Here are the results.

The last time I bought a vehicle I was barely 30. Now, I'm almost 50. The truck I bought back then, a new Ford Ranger, now sports a whopping 200,000 miles. It's been a great truck, but it's time for us to say "bye bye." It has been a long time since I've purchased a vehicle. That's why I asked for your help.

I like the idea of new. Nothing against used vehicles, or should I say "previous owned" vehicles, but I don't like inheriting other people's problems. I bought my last vehicle new and was very much aware of what kind of care and maintenance it was receiving.

It's time. Unfortunately, they don't make Ford Rangers anymore. If they did, that's the way I would go. I'm starting from scratch.

For the record, no car dealer has offered me any kind of deal based on this survey or post. This is totally by popular vote.
