Before you know the snow will be gone up at Powderhorn and then what? KEKB did have a great concert and wine event there last year with the legendary band 'Restless Heart.' Hopefully, we can do something like that again. But, what else?

This story from our good friends at KKCO tells us of a new way to enjoy beautiful Powderhorn in the Summer.

Beginning July 3 you will be able to participate in what they are calling 'Lift Access Mountain Biking.' It is pretty much what it sounds like it is. Being able to ride down on the bike paths that were specially built last summer, while using the ski lifts to take you up the mountain.

How cool is this?

Starting July 3 the lifts will be operating Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Lift passes are necessary and are available for purchase. $25 for a daily pass and $139 for the season.
