ALL ABOUT MACK!!
Birthplace/Hometown: Denver but Grand Junction is where I GREW up and will always be Home.
Favorite Song: I started to answer this but then I realized I love soo many different types of music the list would be huge! From Horse with No Name, Forever in Blue Jeans to Building Brides, I have several favorites.
Favorite Artist: Darryl Worley will always have a place in my heart because of what he did at Country Jam. Here’s the story: He was running early so Worley and Restless Heart traded places in the line up. Noble & I had just interviewed him and I explained how disappointed my mom was going to be because she was coming later and would miss his show. He actually acted disappointed! The cool thing was, my Mom showed up early and she got to see the show. Afterwards, backstage Worley was running one direction I was running another and I shouted, “Hey my Mom loved your show.” He stopped in his tracks and said, “Well, where is she.” When I explained she was in general admission he told me to go get her so he could say "Hi". I was flabbergasted! Even though his manager told him that they didn’t have time he waited while I got my mom from General to Backstage and gave her a huge hug like he’d know her forever. I almost cry thinking about it.
Favorite Movie: I love kids movies so I’m going to have to say “We’re Back!”

Pet Peeve: Bad Drivers, & people crunching on things like my mom crunching ice.

Mack had a similar answer….
can’t imagine choosing just one either….
However I can tell you it needs tempo and a catchy chorus….
Favorite Artist: Hard to pick too….
However they need to be able to sing alone
with a guitar or piano and sound better than
their recorded music to impress me…..
Favorite Movie: With Netflix, and HBO –
I’ve seen thousands of movies…
if I stayed awake long enough to see the credits…
it was a great movie to me…

What did you say on the radio that got you fired?
(KEKB die hard listeners might remember a stunt
we pulled a few years back)
We pretended I was in trouble with management…..
all week long Our GM apologized for my behavior
on the air and said it would never happen again….
however the truth was it was scheduled time off for me…
unfortunately, weeks later I had to retire (until now)
due to my new pursuit of restaurant ownership
and everyone thought I got fired….

Birthplace/Hometown: The big city of Montrose, Colorado. I commonly refer to Montrose as “MoTown”.
Favorite Song: I have so so many favorite songs, from many genres of music. But if I have to pick one, it’s Kenny Chesney “Don’t Happen Twice”.
Favorite Artist: Again, I think currently I have to go with Kenny Chesney. It seems to me that I can in some weird way relate to a lot of his songs. It seems like he’s always singing about high school, or beer in Mexico, and what can I say?, I’m still young and his same memories are fresh in my memories. When I was younger and even now, George Strait and Garth Brooks were tops. I use to play my drum set when I was little to Garth Brooks’ “No Fences” album. It’s tough to beat Kenny, George, and Garth.
Favorite TV Show: CSI: Las Vegas (If I’m in a serious mood), George Lopez (If I wanna laugh, which is most of the time).
Favorite Food/Meal: Mexican Food. I love a GOOD green chili burrito.
Favorite Drink/Beverage: Non-Alcoholic: Dr. Pepper, Alcoholic: Jack & Coke
Pet Peeve: Idiots and Cocky people. I can’t stand idiot drivers and people that have no common sense. And people that are cocky are hard for me not to slap.
Interests/Hobbies: Any and all sports, camping, fishing, four-wheeling (ATV), river rafting, playing the drums, shopping, traveling, watching professional sporting events, and coaching
What are you asked by most listeners? “Do you look like you sound”, and “are you single.”
Career Background: I have worked in Radio since college. I worked in radio in Montrose for a little over a year. Had a short stint working for a resort, now back in radio. During college, I worked for the City of Montrose’s parks department through the summer. I loved that job! Love radio too!
What did you want to be growing up: Lawyer. Yes, I know. But I avoided that completely by being ignorant, Oh wait…

Favorite Song: That’s kind of like asking a parent which one of their children is their favorite! If I had to narrow it down to one song, I would have to say Willie’s version of Always On My Mind.
Favorite Artist: Dolly Parton. Not a drop of gray area on this one. Best song writer/performer of all time. Plus, she is as she appears. True, genuine Country.

Cody Alan is a respected veteran personality in the radio industry. After stints in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, Alan made it to the major leagues at age 23 when he landed a gig at KPLX/99.5 The Wolf in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Along the way, Alan has received numerous national awards including DJ of the Year from Country Radio Broadcasters, with his most recent nomination from the Academy of Country Music. Nominated for Radio Music Awards Air Personality of the Year, Alan has been honored at the Grand Ole Opry, seen on CMT, featured in USA Today and GQ magazine. As well, Alan was named Radio and Records Music Director of the Year five times, while Billboard magazine and the Radio Music Awards honored Alan with the annual title as well.
Blair Garner is one of the most successful air personalities in the country, winning the Academy of Country Music's On-Air Personality of the Year award in 2004 and the Academy of Country Music's National On-Air Personality of the Year award in 2006, and he has been nominated countless times for others, including the prestigious Marconi Award and for Nationally Syndicated Air Personality by Billboard. Over his career, Blair has worked at several popular stations across the country, including stations in Dallas, Washington, D.C., Houston, New York City and Los Angeles.
Blair is the youngest of three boys raised by Gary and Mariellen Garner. His father was the director of the West Texas A&M University Band in Texas for 38 years. His oldest brother, Brad, followed in Gary's musical footsteps and teaches at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in Ohio, and at The Juilliard School of Music in New York. Blair's middle brother, Bryan, is a lexicographer in Dallas. Don't worry, Blair didn't know what it meant either. Actually, Bryan is a leading scholar on legal writing, and has several books published by The Oxford University Press. In his free time, Blair collects cars. At any given time, he usually has six to fifteen different cars ranging from Porsches and Ferraris to classic Cadillacs and Chryslers. Blair and his family reside in the Los Angeles area.
When asked about his amazing success, Blair quickly credits his parents. "My parents taught us all two very important lessons: First, my father taught us that if we were going to make a mistake, make it as big and loud and hairy as you possibly can. Commit yourself to it. If you're timid, you'll never reach the brass ring. Don't be afraid to fail. Secondly, my mom always told us that we were special. We could do anything we could dream. When you add those two lessons together, the results can be pretty powerful."
