The Old Spanish Trail is a historic trade trail here in Western Colorado. Many of us have hiked or biked this trail for many years. Recently the trail has seen subdivisions built on or around it. The Old Spanish Trail Association is holding a meeting this evening to discuss this.

Tonight (4/19) the Old Spanish Trail Association will have a public discussion regarding suggestions for use and preservation of this valuable but endangered trail. They will be meeting at Whitman Education Center on 4th and Ute in Grand Junction, CO at 6:30 pm. This is located right next to the Museum of Western Colorado.

This meeting is open to the public and the OST Association invites everyone especially mountain bikers, hikers, horsemen, scouts, birders, students and OST Members.
