It has been a long time coming, but, it looks like this new Grand Junction business is getting ready to open. At least, we hope.

This building at the intersection of 12th and North Avenue has remained quiet for several months, almost a year in fact. This site used to house a Taco John's and most recently Chomps.I have noticed some major activity surrounding this building in the past few days. Could this mean that the plan is back in action? We will soon find out.

It was determined, by our very own super sleuth Waylon Jordan, that a Gelu Italian Ice is planned for this location. The tell-tale neon green roof is kind of a giveaway. But, how about a Gelu? A nice cool, refreshing fruit filled snack does sound pretty good.

Now, it's just a wait-and-see situation.
