What is this building on the corner of American and Maldonado?

Admit it, we all get a little excited when a new building goes up. The possibilities are endless. Anything from a muffler shop to a barber shop. A White Castle!?!?

One of KEKB's listeners had asked what this possibly could be, so I went down to check it out. Totally LEGAL of course. No trespassing. There was no one around, but I took these pictures. So, if anyone has the inside scoop, please let us all know.
