This year's Bud Light Pork and Hops Challenge includes an award winning lineup including Jo Dee Messina, Charlie Worsham, and one new singer/songwriter you really need to keep you eye on, Logan Brill. Take a look at this young artist's career, and see what's in store for you this September when she comes to Grand Junction.

According to Brill, when writing and performing, she really does wear her emotions on her sleeve. Brill's Carnival Record Company label mate and occasional co-writer, Mando Saenz, maintains "Logan's is not just a pretty face." He adds, "She has a very honest voice that touches people when they hear it."

"That's one of the first songs [Scars] I co-wrote that I was really happy with. It's about love being like a loaded gun. You know someone's gonna get hurt but you go into it anyway. I had recently gone through a breakup of a relationship that lasted three years and I really related to the idea." - Logan Brill

You've already seen Logan Brill on VH1's "Couples Therapy."

Her new album from Carnival Recording Company, entitled "Walking Wires," became available in October, 2013.

Recently, Logan Brill has been touring with Josh Turner, Sara Evans, Steve Earle, and Gary Allen.

In many ways, this young artist has really hit the ground running. Her album "Walking Wires" was rated the 6th best album of the year by That Nashville Sound.

"[Brill] mixes earthly and ethereal narratives with sharp storytelling. Edge and energy from her elegant sense of lyric." - CMA Closeup Magazine

Logan Brill makes her way to the 2014 Colorado Pork and Hops Challenge at Lincoln Park in Grand Junction on Saturday, September 13.
