Man Needs Head Removed from Trash Can & Other Nincompoops

This guy definitely deserves Britton's "Nincompoop in the News."

Apparently the 52-year-old homeless man had to get help from firefighters after he got his head stuck in a public trash.

I'll be honest I'm glad he's in Scotland. Fire and Rescue spent 15 minutes cutting him free.

Makes ya wonder what the heck was in there he wanted so badly and did he ever get it? Witnesses say  "He was really screaming and shouting for help -- most people just stood around laughing and taking pictures."
