Is This Krusty The Clown’s Last Season on ‘The Simpsons’?

Executive Producer of"The Simpsons" has started a rumor that they are killing off a major character on the 26th season premiere September 28.

The episode titled "A Clown in the Dumps" has led fans to believe that Krusty the Clown will meet his demise, to which the producer replied,

I didn't say I was killing Krusty . . . I didn't say I wasn't.

He also reassures viewers that,

 it's not going to be this bloodbath where they all get murdered.
