Summertime is Wine Festival time in Colorado!

My appreciation for wine has grown since moving to western Colorado. It's a natural side effect of living in one of the finest wine producing places on earth. With warmer weather approaching it's time to break out the shorts, sunglasses, and wine glasses and game-plan to hit Colorado's Top 5 Wine Festivals!  There are more, but if you manage to make it to these, you'll have accomplished quite the wino-fan-feat!

#5 Denver International Wine Festival- Celebrate summer in Denver at the 15th Annual Denver International Wine Festival. This event is much more than a "wine fest." Sure, there are over 400 wines to try but you can also bring your not-so-hard-core friends too because there are all kinds of beer, hard liquor, spirits, plus food-and-wine paring competitions, educational seminars, and more! #4 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen- With spectacular views surrounding you in one of the world's most famous and popular ski towns how could this not be epic! Grab a glass and head to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen! This over-the-top event goes down on June 14th-16th, 2019. It's a weekend of famous chefs and world-famous winemakers creating unforgettable pairings like no other! Ticket prices vary depending on the experience you choose.  #3 Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival- For those of you that like your wine with a little jazz thrown in, we've got the event for you! Sample over 300 varieties of wine and jam out at the Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival, July 13th-14th in Keystone. #2 Telluride Wine Festival- For nearly 40 years friends and families have gathered to experience the incredible event that is the Telluride Wine Festival! This years 38th annual takes place on June 27th-30th. It's 4-days of food and wine from the world-over plus educational seminars and cool luxury dining experiences. This festival, now in its 28th year, wraps up summer right with 4 days of wine tasting, live music, food & wine pairings, seminars, wine tours, an more!
