Help Give A Hand Up To Your Neighbors By Sharing Your Knowledge

The Hope of the Grand Valley's slogan says it all: "Giving a Hand Up, Not Just a Hand Out" They are looking for volunteers to help those hard working families by sharing your knowledge and expertise. 

If you can write a fantastic resume,  know of a great fundraising idea or are great in job interviews then you are the person that Hope of the Grand Valley is looking for. The families and individuals that get assistance from HOGV are hard working and looking for ways to improve their lives. Simple things like getting a good resume together, or learning how to handle yourself during an interview can make a major difference for them.

Hope Of The Grand Valley would like to offer free classes to the people that are looking to improve themselves. They need people willing to volunteer their time and knowledge on the following subjects:

Lead a Resume Building Class

Provide Child Care during our classes and support groups

Lead a Interview or Job Review preparation class

Fund Raising and Grant Writing

Lead a Team Building Class
