Stop the presses! Did you know about this law in Colorado, and how it might affect you?

That is if you listen to your music, audio storybooks or have headphones or earbuds, or earphones covering your ears while driving you are breaking the law.

My cousin always has two earbuds in her ears listening to her iPod with her music all the time while driving. Who knew it was against the law. I will have to let her know before she gets pulled over and given a ticket.

It is a class B traffic infraction. That is if it covers both ears.

However, if you have an iPhone and use only one earbud, this is legal. According to the law, if you have a handheld device and use only one earbud, this is legal.

If you want to know whether you are within the law, you can read more information about it here.
