Haunted Grand Junction: Grand Avenue

Here is the next stop on the Grand Junction 'Haunted' Field Trip. Again, there is absolutely no proof of anything spooky or paranormal here. All in good fun.

Built in 1904, this location was brought to my attention from a listener who posted her story on KEKB's Facebook page. Stories of doors opening and closing when she lived there years ago. Moans and faint screams. Spooky stuff.  Are we believing this?

The building is actually up for sale, if you dare. In fact it's been for sale since 2003. Maybe people know more than we think they do. Or maybe, just too high of an asking price.

I know there are a lot more famous locations in Grand Junction that people claim to be 'haunted' and we will get to those, but there are others that not everyone may know about.
