'Haunted Grand Junction'. Our next stop is on 5th Street in Orchard Mesa, just on top of the hill. Anyone for a drink? Perhaps a Ghost Cocktail?

It's the former Hilltop Liquor store. This location was referred to me by Brandon on our Facebook page. He wrote:

'My dad was looking at possibly buying the building and talked to the owner. He said every night bottles would fly off the shelves and other crazy things'

That's all I needed to hear. Had to check this spot out. Unfortunately, I was not able to get inside the building. I could not even find a phone number of a realtor or anyone to contact. Maybe the ghosts REALLY don't want anybody around?? Plus, going to visit in the middle of the day? Not exactly prime 'spirit time.'

But, it always interesting to hear these types of stories about Grand Junction area buildings, homes and other places.

If you know of any other locations in the Grand Junction area that you have heard stories about or even witnessed something out of the ordinary, let me know. It can be a building, a park, a hiking trial or an empty field. Always on the look out for the next 'Haunted Grand Junction' location.
