A Grand Junction father gives the best present ever to his daughter. A surprise visit home for the holidays.

Private Jacob Fisher is currently stationed at Fort Eustis in Newport News, Virginia where he is training to become a helicopter pilot. His daughter, Elizabeth, is a kindergartner at Mesa View Elementary School. She figured it would another holiday without her father. But, Jacob and his wife, Kathy, had other ideas.

It's been in the works since October and on Thursday Elizabeth received the best gift ever. Her dad being home for the holidays. They surprised her at her classroom at Mesa View.

Jacob will be home for a couple of weeks before returning to Virginia.
